Fort Walton Beach Fence LLC provides professional fencing services for residential and commercial clients throughout Okaloosa and Santa Rosa Counties, FL. Services are subject to availability and scheduled based on location, scope, and project type.

Quotes & Estimates

  • Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on customer-provided information.

  • Final pricing may vary due to site conditions, changes in material costs, or customer adjustments.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments for consultations and installations must be scheduled in advance. We make every effort to arrive on time; however, weather, traffic, or other delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Payments

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal.

  • Full payment is typically due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, or other approved methods.

  • A deposit may be required for special orders or large-scale jobs.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or labor has been scheduled.

Warranties

Warranty coverage, if applicable, will be clearly outlined in your project agreement. Please note:

  • Warranties may not apply to damage caused by misuse, weather, improper maintenance, or unauthorized alterations.

  • We reserve the right to inspect and determine eligibility for warranty claims.

Liability

Fort Walton Beach Fence LLC is fully insured. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or site conditions.

  • Damage to underground utilities not properly marked by utility services.

  • Acts of nature or external factors beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure clear access to the job site and remove obstructions from the work area.

  • Inform us of any special conditions or access requirements.

  • Comply with any HOA rules or local permitting unless otherwise arranged with our team.
